EL1 Sports Bio

We don’t strive for perfection – we strive for progress. It’s those incremental wins that deliver the most impact, especially when it comes to the development of young athletes. That’s why we’ve created a brand in which all instructional programs are tailored to the age and abilities of players, and so that we can bring about progress and showcase those incremental wins to our kids. The instructional staff is comprised of world-class and professional leaders who have been recognized as subject matter experts and have reached the highest levels of their sport. Each member of the E|L1 team is intentional about encouraging athletes to take risks and use mistakes as opportunities to acquire new knowledge and skills.

E|L1 has something for everyone. We’ve developed a multi-level approach in quality instruction that can be meaningful and relevant at any point in an athlete’s development. E|L1 is more than just top-tier training; it’s a resource for those promoting youth development – including coaches, parents, and community programs.
